If you would like to change dates or times after payment has been made, there is a change fee of Rp50,000 per seat. Subject to any fare difference. Seats cannot be downgraded. Changes can only be made up to 48 hrs prior to departure and by emailing to admin@kaikoaindonesia.com

Due to demand and limited seats on Kai Koa, if the trip is cancelled or you are wishing to change dates/schedule time within 48 hours of departure, the trip is non refundable/ non changeable to an alternative date/scheduled time.
